Process

How Service Works

Scheduled, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, pre-employment, return-to-duty or other supported testing reasons.

We confirm location, timing, testing type, DOT or non-DOT status and the applicable service requirements.

CrewAssure coordinates the appropriate onsite or otherwise agreed testing service.

Authorized customer representatives can review applicable request records and account history in the secure Customer Hub.
